I am interested in attending any NT live conferences that involve presentations of interest to users and developers, similar to academic conferences where faculty meet to present their research. Interesting idea. How would it work?

Hi. Glad you are interested in how it would work.
I would advertise the conference and seek a "call to participate" in terms of making a presentation, panel discussion, workshop; or to just attend. It would be good to have a social event to network, as part of the conference. As with academic conferences, all participants would pay a registration fee to cover costs; which I would want to keep as small as possible. I would not want this to be an impediment to attend.

What do you think? I am very open to ideas for the conference.
