In the Strategy editor, I frequently come across a small but irritating bug: when you highlight a row and then hit Ctrl-X to cut, it doesn't cut. It doesn't do anything, as far as I can tell.
Not always, but much of the time. No idea why, no idea how to reproduce it consistently, but it keeps happening and once Ctrl-X gets ignored, it stays ignored until you unselect the row, reselect it and try again.
I'm using 6.5.1000.1, and have found this in the beta and version 6.0 as well.
