Bug or feature? Chart BackColor transparency

If to set alpha transparency from 0 to 254 to Chart Propeties -> Color For Background, drawing tool "Text" work in very strange way - it can't be edited.

I got same result if to set this propety by programmatically:

after
ChartControl.BackColor = Color.FromArgb( 160, 220, 160 );
drawing tool Text (F12) work properly,

and after
ChartControl.BackColor = Color.FromArgb( 50, 160, 220, 160 );
drawing tool Text (F12) work very strange and not properly.

If this is bug - please fix it please.

I tested this on my end and got the same results however this is unsupported programming with NinjaScript and would be expected that this could have adverse affects.

I send a note to development to add this to the watch list for NinjaTrader 8 with Charts.
