REQ: Support for mouse wheel buttons

Charts don't seem to support sideways scrolling - left or right tilting of the scroll wheel

in browsers for instance, doing that will scroll horizontally left or right

please support this in nt7/8 thanks

if have a logithch marathon m705 but my guess is it will not work with any mice
