The two circled arrows aren't really intuitive. From a design point of view this is not an ideal way to add or remove items as a) it first requires highlighting of the item and then a click b) the location of the arrows doesn't make for an easy association of the two steps and c) the location of the arrows suggest they are to do with removing and adding exchanges and expiry date (the boxes to their immediate right).
Replace/reword that Delete button! It's in the wrong place. I keep deleting whole groups of instruments by accident when all I want to do is remove one future contract to replace it with another one.
