Suggestions: new chart instrument: compact notes

Hello.

Some times I nees to make a lot of notes on chart one near other.
If to use а plenty of "Text" (F3) instruments - chart become very noisy and cluttered.

So, I propose to make instrument "Note".
Independently of text volume, it can show only little icon on chart.
When put mouse over it, compact pop-up window can show it contetnt.
When double-click on icon - Proprty dialog (like "Text" propety dialog) can be opened.
