A couple suggestions for Chart Trader

Please consider the following improvements to future versions of NT:

- Allow users to change the background color in non-sim mode; and

- Allow users to add/remove buttons and change the position of the buttons.

I have heard back from development and the suggestion to allow chart trader to customize the simulation color for the background as well as allow the order entry buttons to be added or removed as per the user’s own configuration or to change the position of the buttons is being tracked with ID# 1753.
