errors in kinetick data

Hi,

Is there a way to correct errors in the kinetick data (or report them somewhere)?

Currently there are glaring errors in the daily data for $XAGUSD and for NZ50.X

Hello MatchPoint,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. If the bad tick persists, it is loaded this way from the connected data feed. You can manually correct the bad tick in the Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. Please see the link below for information and instructions.

Reloading all historic data didn't help.
But I was now able to edit them manually, so problem solved.
