Isolated custom projects

Greetings,

Currently ALL NT indicators (and strategies) reside in one shared folder. Such approach is primitive, inflexible, and error prone.

Major disadvantages:

1. Custom projects are not isolated. Very easy to break EVERYTHING with a single indicator.
2. Usage of repositories is difficult. There are no normal ways to set up many independent repositories for a project

The concept of custom projects seemed to neglected in the current NinjaTrader architecture so it would have been nice to be able to add custom projects in arbitrary folders.

I understand that the major of customers are not programmers, however, the current system for project development and deployment seems to be very outdated and needs improvements.
