New features: Price markers

Now, if indicator have more than 1 plot, we can or show all price markers, or to hide all price markers.

I want to suggest to make possible to choose if price markers hiden for each separate plot.

I will forward the suggestion to enable/disable individual price markers to development. Thank you for your feedback.

The suggestion is present on the list of possible future enhancements and is assigned to ID# 715.
