Lock Chart Position...??

Have noticed this fairly often....it is fairly easy to knock a chart slightly out of position in a layout as one may click on the title bar etc....what about having a catagory to lock the chart in place when you right click on the title bar...you would still be able to minimize & maximize when locked....unlock to move or resize....or could leave unlocked if desired...

I am not seeing this has been implemented yet. It must have not gotten enough votes yet for our development team to move it up the list of features being worked on as a priority.
