Registry of NT announcements?

Hello NT support.

I need your help for found some information that was launched in an NT announcement 2 years ago.

The announcement said that Ninjatrader must inform the government when the orders are automated.
I remember that the date of it was June of 2010 or 2011.

Do you remember? Could you send me to the announcement web registry? I need for inform to my administrator.

Looks like the CME has updated the .pdf to include recent changes.
