Finally, fix the backadjust function once and for all

Please. Just fix it. This is the third time with Ninjatrader 7 that I can't get a merged, backadjusted crude oil chart and it appears to be happening with other futures contracts as well. Spent an hour reading about the problems other people were having with other contracts -- and a few hours after that following their processes to no avail. This should be a relatively pain free process, as it is with other platforms that I use.

Paid a lot of money for this software years ago and I would have thought these kinds of issues would have been resolved by now.

When I create a CL 12-12 chart on my end, historical data is merged properly and backadjusted. The CL is setup to roll over to the 12-12 expiry today.

So if you created a CL 12-12 yesterday, it would receive real-time data from the 12-12 expiry, but historical data from the 11-12 expiry. There is a difference between the two expiries, so you could get a large up or down bar. You could have solved this by changing the rollover date for the 12-12 to a date further back in time.
