Bar Drawing Enhancement

The bar outline color cannot be set individually for 'red vs. green' bars.

It's nice that the wick is a separate config item, but without being able to set the bar outline color based on the bar type, things look funny if you use a dark chart background.

For example, I prefer a black background with red and green bars... having to select a single common color for the bar outline seems limiting as I only want to see red or green on my screen... and I don't want red outlines on green bars or vice versa.

I see that this can be accomplished with BarColor or BarColorSeries... with or without CandleOutlineColor/CandleOutlineColorSeries... in an Indicator or strategy.

That's simple enough and gives me what I want.

This request has long been on the list of future enhancements. Till it materializes, the attached indicator suffices for me.
