Same strategy run on several instruments live

possibly an option (with warning) if user wants to add strategies to the strategy tab in addition to bactest, optimize, walk forward. Users already have instruments grouped. all we'd have to do is select Load ALL Live or backtest. Result would be as if listed one by one in strategy tab.
