Check if NinjaScript Modified

If you modify a NinjaScript (strategy or indicator) outside of NinjaTrader, and then go back to NinjaTrader to compile, NinjaTrader does not check to see if that NinjaScript has been modified. Thus, if you do not close that file, and reopen that NinjaScript, you will compile the older version of the code, and lose the changes you just saved.

Modifying a NinjaScript outside of NinjaTrader is a natural thing to do - such as when debuggin in Visual Studio, or when using an xdiff file compare tool.

NinjaTrader should check to see if that NinjaScript file has been modified, and ask you if you want to reload that file (just as does Visual Studio).
