Request Line Drawing Lock mode

Drawing a horizontal line on only a portion of a chart currently entails having a crosshair cursor so that after starting the line you use the cursor horizontal hairs to line up the line segment. I have seen other places where holding the Shift key locks the line segment into a horizontal position so that vertical mouse movement does not affect the drawing of the line. I would like to request this in a future version.
