Chart save default and/or "tweet my chart"?

I don't know if it's been suggested before but would it be possible to add an "option" that allows users to choose a default format for saving charts? i.e rather than saving a chart in jpeg by default, allow the user to select the format used as default? I prefer to use .png so charts are clearer and smaller size for twitter.

I guess the logical place for this would be in Tools -> Options -> Misc? There is even a blank spot availible

Actually, taking it a step further, maybe even add a "tweet my chart" function in the right click menu?

The default file type suggestion when saving a chart image is assigned to ID# 1334. The "tweet my chart" suggestion has been assigned to ID# 1699.
