Remove requirement to load historical data for strategies running in control center

Hi!

Referencing: Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.9

When a strategy is enabled without a chart, it will always load historical data, even if it is not referencing any of it. The setting "Days to load" may be set to 1 [day] but not to 0.

Please change this / remove the requirement to load historical data.

Why?
When using a large amount of strategies without charts, they cannot be started all together, because the historical data download limit may be reached. This is especially true for Interactive Brokers.
The result is a time consuming highly manual process: Start up to 10 strategies, wait for 5 minutes. Start 10 more, wait, ...

Development has assigned tracker id #1697 for your feature request.

As a workaround, you can load the data from IB as needed first, and then reconnect to IB with historical data disabled (by editing the Account Connection, from Tools>Account Connection).

Alternatively you can subscribe to Kinetick, which is the preferred datafeed for NinjaTrader.
