Eurex Real Trades

Sometimes ifI have Eurex working trades entered on the DOM with NT5, I am unable to cancel them. I have to log out of NT5, log in again and then flatten everything. This problem does not occur in simulation mode and only with real money! It is a big problem. I would like this fixed as soon as possible and before the Jan 06 Bund contract comes into play.

It's not asking too much, is it? :-)

I need to know if this is a UI issue or if it is underlying. Here is what I need.

- If you can't cancel from within the SuperDOM, can you cancel it via the Order Panel?
- What broker technology are you using and who is your broker?
- When is the last time that this happened? Exact day and time would be incredibly useful.

If very recent, please send me information via the Control Center Help-->Mail to support, check the "Zip database" option and provide me the answers to the above questions in the mail message. Include in the subject "For Ray"
