extended data support

hello

i have subscribe to esignal data and using ninja trader 7 as software, i have map symbol and it is working fine with ninja trader. but although i am subscribe for extended historical tick data in with esignal, i am not getting getting perfectr data prior to 10 days. last 10 days data loaded perfectly. but before 10 days data , it shows the gap. while that same symbol load perfectly in esignal 11. i have attached both chart screen short.

please help.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum.

Please right click within your chart in NinjaTrader > select Data Series > change the Session Template parameter to 'Default 24/7' > OK. Do you still see the gaps in on your chart after changing the session template?

yes , i have already done that but it still continue to give same chart.
