Why are BBs and MAs Indicators always one bar behind?

I don't understand why the mentioned indicators including volume are always one bar behind the price bar? Ensign software indicators are right on. Don't understand why yours aren't.

The CCI indicator is right on whereas the RSI is also one bar behind.
