Continuous Contract

Is it possible to have a Continuous Contract like in TradeStation - where you have the option of a single contract month or a continous symbol? In TradeStation yesterday on the open of the evening session (3:30 pm CST), using the symbol @ES, the ES was back adjusted and ready to trade the roll-over this morning. This would be much smoother than the Merge Data option in Ninja.

Please upgrade to NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.7 with the steps I have provided below. With this procedure you will not lose any Workspaces, Charts, etc.

• Close all running applications.
• Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
• From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.
• Then you will need to clear your internet browser cache and history. You will clear this from within your internet browser (with IE, Tools-->Options, delete cookies and files, clear history).
• Reboot your machine.
• Once these steps are completed, download NT 7.0.1000.7 from the link below:

Within NinjaTrader 7 data will automatically be merged for you as apposed to having to be done manually. For example if you open an ES 12-11 chart and load 60 days of data NinjaTrader will automatically merged data from the ES 09-11 contract into 12-11.

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data?

Are you loading minute charts or tick charts?
