Line properties,please add choice to extend or shorten existing line.

Hi,
I use trend lines a lot. Since I am usually working on the right hand edge of the chart, I like to use Rays for my trendlines so I can see when price interacts with them in the future. However, as time goes on and price moves all over the place we add more and more lines. I like to keep my old lines on the chart, but they look very messy when they extend off into space all over the place.

I am VERY surprised that I can't find a way to select a line and change an extended "Ray" into a NON-extended "Line". Every other software I have ever used can do that.

Can we please add that functionality. The choice in Properties would be "Extend Right" and a check box. (Also extend left).
