NT Needs a Global Money Management Wizard

Ninja Trader needs a utility/window/wizard for managing how all of your strategies, together, manage your money and manage risk.

Instead of going into a complex explanation of how it should work, I'll post a screenshot for the Risk Settings in Prodigio, because I think this is ideal (although Prodigio is so buggy, many still consider it to be in beta).
