Ruler Auto Scale at Chart Top....

The ruler auto scale does not work well at top of chart...data box remains partially hidden as you push box up (or in some cases when chart is expanded with ruler box then at top, box may just partially show)....single active anchor point at bottom of box prohibits seeing whole box....perhaps have anchor points on 4 corners of box as on a rectangle...??...

Ruler autoscale at chart bottom works OK...can always see whole box at chart bottoms....
