moving charts along y-axis

I would like ninjatrader to change the way how charts can be move along y-axis. Currently a user has to hold the control key and then move the mouse on y-axis area with left mouse button pressed down. Why don't just let the chart move freely along the y-axis when the user moves the mouse with the left mouse button pressed down (currently the chart only moves along the x-axis freely). If you test eSignal for this feature, you would see how easy it is in eSignal to scroll charts in both x and y directions compared to that in NT.
