NT has it's application across the globe with users across different countries and Exchanges. Quite often, the issues presented are better understood by NT Support as well as other members if the country of the member is known to all.
In NT Support forum, User control panel has the facility to enter the Location (Country - City), but it appears to be optional as I could not find the country details for many members who posted a query..
I feel , If the 'Location' information is made compulsory, it will help in better understanding the problem as well as relevance to other members.
Hope privacy aspects are not affected.
