Problems with one of your "partners"

Hello. I'm not sure whether this is the appropriate place to complain. But I've had an unsatisfactory experience with one of your partners. On March 14 I signed up for a free trial of software at "thesmartcharts.com" website. Although I received confirmation that they accepted my credit information they never sent me an email indicating how to download the software. They also haven't returned any of the three emails I've sent the last few days. Yes, I have checked to make sure any potential responses weren't being deleted by my spam filter. Maybe you should reconsider your association with them?
