Option to disable drag event per drawn object

Hi,

I find myself accidentally dragging my S/R lines very often. It would be useful to have a property for a drawn object to fix it to the chart, no matter what the user does, as long the option is active. Although I haven't seen 6.5 yet, I don't think it's on the list.

Of course doing it globally on the chart would have its advantages as well but optional in my opinion.

That would be great, and I think also not an awful lot of work.
