We do offer phone support, we just do not have an inbound phone support number. If we are unable to resolve your inquiry within a few emails and in a timely manner, we immediately schedule a call and a remote assistance session where we log into your PC with you on the telephone to resolve your issue.

I don't think I've ever waited "hrs for a reply". The email responses are very quick, oftentimes inside of 15 minutes.

I have to agree as well... when I have a question I post it to the forums, and I get a response back usually in under 15 mins or so...
