rebuild database only as last measure

Support should not tell traders so liberally to rebuild database for NT7 as a panacea for problems. I think this used to be essential with MS Access but not so with SQL CE -


This means that traders loose stats and settings etc and I have to spend hours setting it all back up again... :-)

Thanks for the feedback.

We do our best to avoid this as it does require that some settings be recreated, but for some issues this is a required step. What we'd suggest is more frequently backing up. This way, if anything out of the ordinary was to occur, settings could be restored with minimal disruption.
