Zen-fire and ninja7 X64 problems today

Hello all,

today is Zen-fire and ninja7 X64 problems
first trade demo: YM: Short 12130 exit 12125: +20 after fees ( ninja shows me -20 usd)
second trade: CL, stop loss 18 ticks, entry long 87.77, exit 87.66, 11 ticks SL and not 18 like I configured it.

It is the first day that I have problem with zen-fire/ninja7...

What is wrong today? I read so much threads with errors today ....

and the CL is missing 3 days data, like a lot of traders described in the forum. i try all possibilities but no way (reset databank, reset instruments, restart pc,)....

no, not at all. all is US based regional and languages settings. Like I said, today is the first time I have problem with ninja7... last week was all fine and today no idea what is wrong...

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:

1.) Order ID's for the trades in question.

2.) Log and trace files from the date of the executions.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’
