New Plot Property option 'Connected Dots'

Chart > Plot > Properties has the Plot style options like Line, dot and many others.

The property 'Line' is good for viewing the trend (continuity of the changes) in a graphical manner and not very good at showing the discrete values.

All other properties put a discrete mark and are good for showing value at that moment and are not very good for visualizing the trend.

Wish that there is an option like 'Connected dots' This will be discrete dots connected by a line. This option will highlight both the discrete values and the trend.

The requested option will make a sea of difference while using commands like CrossAbove, CrossBelow etc.

Have you checked out some of the other plot types such a ‘dot’ on the drawing tools properties or indicator plot type?

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have checked all possible dash styles & plot styles.

What comes some what near my wish are the plot style 'Square' & the Plot style 'Bar', but short on the visual clarity that 'Connected dots' give as far as both the 'Trend' and 'Discrete point' are concerned.

The three attachments make the point clear.
