Request for the ability to programatically create global draw objects

I have drawing indicators that run in 60 minute minute time frame that need to show up in my 5 minute charts.

Would like API change that lets me have the drawing object visible in all charts that don't block global objects.

Many reasons for this:

Computationally expensive to run all indicators in all time frames.
Need to see result of computation in higher time frame on lower time frame chart.

I know the program can do this, because if I manually draw the chart and select properties I can expose the line in other time frames..
