no historic data

When I load ES 03-11 with "Days to load=365", the chart always show data starting from 12-10-2010 and there's no data before that date. I am connecting to ESignal, anyone has the same experience? please help!

Hello outofstock,

Can you please check if you have enabled the 'Merge policy' for the ES instrument. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight the ES and click edit. Make sure 'Merge policy' is enabled.

Once 'Merge policy' is enabled, please create a new ES 03-11 chart and check if the requested data is loaded in the chart. If not, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'.

After follow your instructions, the chart still show from Dec 1x, 2010.

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab and check if you have historical data present before 12-10-2010.

Does it make a difference if you only request 100 days of historical data?

What period type do you have selected in the chart?
