I saw this is 7.0.1000.1. Notice in the attached chart screen shot (which uses very ugly colors to highlight the issue) that the upper wicks are above the candle outlines as expected while the lower wicks overlap the candle outlines. (The second screen shot shows the Data Series window with the colors/sizes for the candle components.)
In this sample I know this isn't a major big deal. However, if the candles are narrower and if the wicks are the same color as the bodies while the outlines are a different color, your eye picks up that something isn't quite right, and it's a little distracting.
