Mini data box in another way

Make it possible to select additional info displaying for the Pointer cursor type: additional info (open, close, min, max, volume, etc.) would be in a hovering window when the mouse cursor hovers over a bar of a chart. There is a mini data box – but this box should follow the cursor while I move the mouse, and maybe without holding down the middle mouse button. So it would be an option that could be turned on or off. And for easier readability, it should always follow the mouse cursor. And I would prefer not holding down any button (so it would be a switch that can be turned on or off) or if I should holding down something, I would prefer holding down a keyboard button, e.g. SHIFT.
