I know you can zoom in on areas, but would rather extend the vertical scale larger on the regular charts. Not only for price, but also for other indicators that sometimes go to extremes.

Scaling
Now it is possible to compress the vertical scale of chart sections to see more data. However, it is not possible to stretch the vertical scale wider than that which keeps all data on the chart. It would be very helpful at times to stretch the vertical scale larger -- for example, on 24 hour charts shortly after the open some of the large moves during the off hours make the vertical scale of the active area very small. This persists until the wide moves are finally driven off the left side of the charts.

Hello Richard:
Thank you for your post.
You are correct that you can compress the vertical axis to view more prices and more data on your charts. You can expand the vertical axis, but only up to a fixed level. I will add your suggest to enable a vertical scale to be stretched to a much larger level.
Also, for your reference, I have included our help section on the available features for navigating through a chart.
Best regards,RyanNinjaTrader Customer Service
