Instrument Manager

A couple of suggestions:

1. It would be quite useful to be able to rename instrument lists (you'd currently have to delete it and create a new one)

2. The instrument manager appears to already know the nearest contract month for most instruments (since it's defaulted in the Details section), so, it would be really useful if you could select an instrument list and automatically roll over all the instruments in it to the current contract month.
