Include Data Range on Performance Report Summary

The Date Range is needed on the Summary Performance Report. The report does you no good if you do not know what day or days it is for. Most of the other reports like Execution, Trades, Periods, and Graphs all have the date on the top page title which is great.

Please strongly consider adding the date range to the summary report.

It would also be helpful if there was an option to display the account names the report was for at the bottom of the report.
