Save Buttons on Chart Tool Bar

I would like to see a Save & Save As buttons on the toolbars of the charts so I can make incremental saves through out the day. Also I have seen in other software applications where the Save button will flash Red after a preset amount of time has passed to remind the user that a save has not been done within their predefined time limit.

If you are looking to make & save incremental changes to your chart(s), it may still be a good idea to use the current menu sequence: Right-click on chart -> Templates -> Save As… & then use this opportunity to give the updated Template a new name. This method gives you an opportunity to track your changes to the chart & give you recourse if you accidentally want to revert back to a previous setting/configuration. Saving over a chart without this step-wise approach might have unintended consequences.
