Can't use signature

Hi -- is there any reason why I get the message "Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature." when I try to update my signature?

Please check with your business development contact if you are an official partner and put this request through. The short answer is, yes if you are a partner however, there are other conditions that need to be met.
