20 second hang when the user runs setup.exe with their Internet disconnected

NinjaTrader's setup.exe hangs for 20 seconds when the user runs setup.exe with their Internet disconnected. Expected is an error message saying cannot download NinjaTrader because your Internet is off, followed by 0 seconds of hang after the user clicks OK to that error message.

Hello Neil,

I will forward your suggestion to avoid the freeze up in such a situation and include the download is not possible due to no internet connection to our development team and ask them if they can add this to the list of future considerations for the software.

I suggest not to start the setup.exe file while not connected to the internet, since this is required.
