PDF Documentation Suggestion

I would like to suggest that the PDF documentation have one or both of the following:

1) The exact version of the software that the guide belongs to - so 6.5.1000.15 in the current case - clearly labeled on the cover page (or even in the footer or header).

2) Allow the name of the file to include version number for easy reference when passing around. (ie NinjaTraderVersion6HelpGuide-6.5.1000.15.pdf )
