HighestBars suggestion

If the highestbars() method runs into the same value in the given timeframe, only the nearest bar will be returned.

I'd like to suggest that there be a third parameter that defaults to this behavior, but an alternate parameter could be input that would allow for the farther bar to be returned instead.
