csv upload but data not shown in Chart

Good evening,

I have imported my data without an error message, but I'm not able to display this data in a chart

some questions regarding this issue

1) Where is the data stored? Can I see it somewhere ?
2) to show data from csv import in a chart - which account connection should I use ?

here is my data example

That data looks like daily data. Is that what you want/are doing?

I read this link - but didn't solve my problem

2) This is not live data and you are getting any historical data from a server source, so you don't need a connection for this. Just pull up the chart.

Please verify the data imported as you would expect, you can export it again under Tools > Historical Data > Export...for which symbol did you import and how was the file name you used? Thanks

I have tried to export - but I get the message "no historical data found"

The name of the instrument I used was GDAXI

The name of the file is "gdaxi.txt "

I have tried "GDAXI.csv" also -without any success

When ever I try to import my data - I always get "Historical data imported successfully" - but can't be true

any suggesstion ?

I would suggest you try importing this for the already setup DAX Performance index symbol, please name the text file ^DAX.txt for this step and retry.

It is working now - I will report the difference between the Instrument I used and which was original created by Ninja
