REQ: Access Final Bar Status

Enhancement Request:

It would be nice in some (advanced) situations to allow for access to knowledge of the last historical bar being read in.

ie:

OnBarUpdate() {

if(processingLastBar) { // do this }
else{ // process normally }
}
