As I use it, a bar timer lets me know, to the second, how much time is left until the next new bar opens.

No, the time remaining will not be available. What you can use instead is BarPercent.

Bar timer location

Is there anyway to relocate the Bar Timer? I would like to shift it left so it does not conflict with down trending chart bars in the lower right corner. Thanks.
