Please, add to this version of NT:

- RMO indicator (Rahul Mohinder OSCILLATOR).
In BuySellVolume add an option that allow the user can set to what volume must appear: amount of bullish volume and amount of bearish volume instead of amount of bearish volume and amount of total volume.

As per the BuySellVolume indicator, the indicator will plot volume for trades at ask or higher and trades at bid and lower indicated by the two different colors.
